Being founded in 1998 in BURSA; our company, which works according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, is a decent business partner for the high-quality, dependable and low-cost production of lathed, processed and mounting pieces made of metal and plastic.
Our area of expertise is especially complicated and multi-axial pieces and we serve to local and international customers in Automotive, Machine, Medical, Whiteware and Aviation sectors.
Today, Burçak Metal is the first-tier supplier for more than 25 companies in 3 continents in its' area of activity and exports mass production pieces for them.
History and Chronology
- 1994 - 1998 Foundation of Burçak Metal
- 2003 ISO 9001 Certificate acquired.
- 2004 Investment for CNC Machine began.
- 2004 Exportation commenced.
- 2005 Investment for 3D Solidworks Design Software began.
- 2007 Moved to Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone.
- 2013 TS 16949 Quality certificate acquired.
- 2018 Investment for Dürr EcoClean HydroCarbon Based Washing Machine began.
- 2018 Transition to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is completed and our certificates are renewed.
- 2019 Investment/ Renovation for the Quality Control measurement devices is done and the investment for CNC 6 and 8 National CNC Machines is ongoing.
- Investment for ERP(enterprise resource planning) System is done.
